4 Genius Ways To Fit More For Less In Your Campervan

When it comes to campervan conversions, there are a lot of ways you can make the most out of your space. Whether you are looking for campervan furniture ideas for the future, or want a great bespoke campervan plan that can help you to maximise the space of your current van, read on for our top campervan interior tips!

1. A Fridge Seat

The best way to make the most of the space is to opt for products with multiple uses. One option for this is a fridge seat which lets you store plenty of fresh food without compromising on extra seating. All you need to do is lift up the top of the seat and you have access to all of your refrigerated food.

2. Pop Tops For More Space

Another way to gain more space is by opting for a low-profile pop top roof. If you are worried about not having enough space for all your essential items, then a pop top roof is a great way to give you that extra room. Simply pop the roof down when you want to travel and pop it back up when you park to enjoy your extra space. Having a Low profile pop top, means you don’t need to worry about restricted height areas such as multi-story car parks as they only add around 25mm of height to the vehicle

3. Slide Out Beds

Most campervan configurations utilise a Rock and Roll bed or similar where the back seats fold flat to become a bed. However, not everyone wants or likes this setup and prefers a different more bespoke setup in the back. One idea is to build a pullout bed into the rear seating furniture. Having a bed that can be slid out when you need it means that you can use the rest of that extra floor space you are saving, during the daytime, for other activities. Cooking, eating, or relaxing is much easier with the space you now have without having to shimmy around the bed constantly.

4. Cushion Storage

To keep your bedding out of the way during the day, you could choose to use it to stuff your decorative cushions. This way, you save space as well as add comfort to your camper van for daytime relaxation.
